Seller and contact

Products and prices

AZULIA sells clothing. Materials, sizes and features are listed on product pages. Worn images are illustrative representations: colours and print placement may differ slightly. Prices are in euros and include applicable taxes. Shipping costs are shown before payment. Price changes do not affect confirmed orders.

Orders and payments

Before purchase, check items, sizes, address and total. Checkout shows available payment methods. After purchase, you receive email confirmation. If we cannot fulfil the order, we will contact you and refund the amounts due.

Production and shipping

Pieces are made to order. Preparation and transit take separate periods. Applicable options and costs are shown at checkout. See the shipping policy. Consumer rights in case of non-delivery or delay remain unaffected.

Withdrawal and statutory guarantee

Consumers can withdraw within 14 days of delivery where provided by law. Making a standard garment to order does not by itself exclude withdrawal. The two-year statutory conformity guarantee remains valid. No clause limits these rights. Procedures and costs are in the returns and refund policy.

Content and changes

AZULIA content and distinctive signs are protected by applicable law. Changes to these terms apply to subsequent purchases and do not alter rights for existing orders.

Applicable law and disputes

Italian law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights under the law applicable to their contract. Consumer disputes follow the rules on the consumer’s competent court.
