Returns and refunds

For online purchases, you can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery in the cases provided by law. Preparing a standard garment after an order does not, by itself, make it personalised.

How to request a return

Email support@azulia.it with your order number and item. We will provide return instructions. You can notify us of withdrawal without giving a reason.

Handle and try on the garment only as needed to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. Send it back within 14 days of notifying us of withdrawal. Direct return costs for a change of mind are yours; for a faulty or incorrect item, contact us for a remedy without additional costs payable by you under the law.

Refund

The refund due is made using the same payment method within the statutory time limits. Where allowed, we may wait until we receive the garment or proof of its return before proceeding.

Faulty products

If a product has a lack of conformity, contact us even after 14 days: your statutory guarantee rights remain valid. Attach a photo if it helps explain the problem.
