Returns and refunds

Withdrawal within 14 days

For online purchases, consumers can notify us of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Standard AZULIA garments are not excluded from withdrawal merely because they are made after ordering.

How to proceed

Email support@azulia.it with an explicit withdrawal statement, order number and item, or write to the seller’s address in the legal notice. Prior authorisation is not required to exercise this right. We will provide return instructions. You may use: “I hereby withdraw from the purchase of [item], order [number], received on [date]. Name and contact details: [details]. Date: [date].”

Return the garment within 14 days of notifying us of withdrawal. Direct return costs for a change of mind or a size chosen by the customer are the customer’s responsibility. Keep proof of postage.

Garment condition

You may try on the garment as needed to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. You are responsible only for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond that necessary check. Missing packaging or labels does not automatically exclude the right of withdrawal.

Refund

We refund the amounts due within 14 days of withdrawal notification, including the original standard delivery cost where due. We do not refund the additional cost of a more expensive delivery chosen by the customer. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence of their return, whichever occurs first. We use the same payment method unless otherwise agreed without costs to the customer.

Defects, errors and statutory guarantee

For an incorrect or faulty product, email support@azulia.it with your order and the issue; photos help verification. Remedies for lack of conformity are free of charge. The two-year statutory conformity guarantee remains valid: it is not limited to 48 hours or the withdrawal period.

Exchanges and sale items

Contact us for a size exchange: we will check availability and the applicable procedure. Statutory rights, including withdrawal, also apply to sale items. Legal exceptions for goods made to specifications or clearly personalised apply only where relevant and communicated before purchase.
